Shipping & Returns

From order retrieval, to shipping to your door, your experience at 6Heart matters. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact our customer care team at hello@shop6heart.com for a full store credit. However, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please follow the 6Heart Size Guide, as exchanges are limited to product availability. 

Shipping within the U.S. - ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING!

Shipping to Canada - $15.00 flat rate shipping

International Shipping, Outside North America - $20.00 flat rate shipping

All shipments will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination.  6Heart is not responsible for any lost packages.  For International orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable duties and customs.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and shipping. However, you may receive your order before before this time in most cases. Due to the handmade nature of your items and the availability of our fabrics, we take special care of each and every item and make sure you get exactly what you need. Unfortunately, there is no rush shipping available at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have 48 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. If you choose to cancel past the 48 hour mark, you will only receive store credit.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you change your mind on a style or size, please email hello@shop6heart.com immediately before the order is shipped out. If you receive your products and decide to exchange for a different size or style, you may email us and we will exchange for products of equal value.
