From the second I receive your order, until your package hits your doorstep, your experience at 6Heart matters. Assuming you’re just as excited about your package as I am (I’m PUMPED), please read below to help guide you on your shipping experience. My customers are my number one priority and I want to make sure your order ships on time.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Keep in mind that each and every order is cut and made to order. What does that mean? It means I have no pre-made products in my studio, except for designated “Ready To Ship” items marked in the shop.
Depending on the season, turnaround times vary. Please feel free to reach out to me (text 318-405-6767 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) to inquire about the current turnaround time. Currently, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, however, in some cases, you may receive your order before that timeframe.
Due to the handmade nature of your items and the availability of the fabrics, I take time and special care of each and every item and make sure you get exactly what you need.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you think that your order has shipped, but cannot find the tracking email, please reach out to me to get an order update!
Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business days estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Shipping within the U.S. - $4.00 standard shipping
Shipping to Canada - $15.00 standard shipping
International Shipping, Outside North America - $20.00 standard international shipping

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you change your mind on a style or size, please text 318-405-6767 or email email@example.com immediately before the order is shipped out. If you receive your products and decide to exchange for a different size or style, you may email me and I will begin the exchange process with you.
Is there rush shipping?
Yes! I now offer rush shipping! Rush shipping is $20 and you may select it at checkout after you enter your shipping information.
