Only store credit is offered for returns. Your items must me returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke and perfume free. I reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more.
  • Items that are marked with “Final Sale” on the website.
  • Sale items listed on the site.

 

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is shipped back to 6Heart within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted on any purchases. Once a return is delivered, please allow 24-48 hours for your store credit.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@shop6heart.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

 

LOST PACKAGES: 6Heart is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at hello@shop6heart.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
